Meet Salryc! Sal is a gorgeous 3-year-old Pharaoh Hound/Korean Jindo mix who was rescued from the meat trade in South Korea. Just look at her beautiful smile! This is the face of a high-energy girl who loves to chase squirrels and run for days.
Sal and her mom Jessica live in Seattle, WA and drove all the way to Calgary to have an outdoor portrait session with me! (Okay, they may have also planned this trip to visit their extended family. 😉 )
Jessica felt that her visit to Calgary would be a great time to capture and preserve more memories with Sal so she reached out to me to book a Love Story session for the two of them. And you guessed it… I said Yes to the Jess! 😀
These two aren’t new to the pet photography experience, in fact, Salryc has enjoyed a few sessions back home with her lovely Seattle dog photographer, Holly.
Sal and her mom have a very special relationship. It’s not always easy adopting a dog who has had a very difficult start in life, but like many of us dog moms, Jessica’s love for Sal knows no bounds. She invests her time and money (and loooooots of love) to give Sal the training she needs – whenever she needs it – so that Sal can enjoy the good life that all dogs deserve. #BestFriendsForever
One of the best parts of being a pet photographer is witnessing firsthand the love that my dog-mom and dog-dad clients share with their four-legged lovelies. The relationship between Jessica and Salryc is no exception. ♥
If you would like to memorialize the relationship between you and your very own BFF (Best Furry Friend) – reach out to me today and I’ll help you decide if a love story portrait session is the right choice for you.
Time is precious…
